- City based international banking group requires a German speaking Client Services Executive to deliver a first-class service to their clients. Working within the Payments department the successful candidate will be required to liaise with German speaking clients and Banks to deal with payment queries until resolution.
Duties to include:
· Informing clients of issues with payments.
· Responding to clients' questions.
· Maintaining a positive relationship with client base.
· Assist in checking and processing trades.
· Liaising with large transaction banks, managing their expectations, guiding them on how to sell to their customers and informing them about currency specific issues / requirements.
· Engaging with corresponding banks to resolve issues.
Applicants will have experience within client services / payments / SWIFT and will ideally be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and possess fluent German language skills (both written and verbal). A strong customer focus and a flair for marketing services to customers are also required.
