£30k + BENS + BONUS
Due to rapid expansion a fantastic opportunity has arisen within a Central London based specialist banking group for a SAVINGS AND DEPOSITS SUPERVISOR. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience of working with retail savings and deposits products, have a strong understanding of rules/regulations effecting retail banking and must be able to demonstrate experience of leading/managing/supervising a team.
Duties to include:
- Supervising a team of deposits administrators
- Day to day administration of deposits
- Dealing with payments and transfers, account opening and closing
- Provide excellent customer service dealing with enquiries quickly and efficiently
- Ad-hoc work as required
Required experience:
- 5+ years experience working within a retail baking enviornment
- Experience dealing with all administrational aspects of deposits, savings, ISA, fixed-term accounts
- General banking experience and previous experience in deposits administration is desirable
