- City-based private Bank requires a Team Assistant to support their Senior Management Team in providing full administrative support as well as telephone support to Front Office / customer-facing teams.The successful candidate will be required to:"Preparing / editing PowerPoint presentations"Processing expenses and monitoring tracking against individual team budgets"Booking internal and external meetings and lunches"Diary management, ensuring that appropriate briefings are obtained beforehand and handling some travel and accommodation arrangements;"Producing documents, briefing papers, letters, reports and mail merges"Preparing agendas, collate papers, attend and minute any meetings as required"Provide telephone cover - taking messages and instructions from customers"Organising desk set-up and IT access and induction tours for new-starters"Screening telephone calls"Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post"Carrying out specific projects and research as requestedTo be considered for this role applicants must have previous Team Admin / secretarial experience, ideally gained within Financial Services / Banking environment, together with strong IT skills including advanced Excel, with a good standard of typing. Excellent organisation skills and the ability to juggle several tasks and work to deadlines is essential.
