- City-based Trading House requires a fluent French speaking Treasury Operations Officer to join them for a period of 6-12 months. The successful applicant will have solid experience of processing FX trades and related payments and conducting investigations. You will be responsible for:
Investigating nostro breaks and ensuring all post settlement investigations are resolved in a timely manner
Managing and repairing trade / payment exceptions
Ensuring FX payments and transactions are validated and released in an accurate and timely manner
Inputting and verifying manual payments directly into SWIFT Alliance
Ensuring that all FX confirmations are double checked and sent to the client on time.
Initiating return of funds
Liaising with correspondent banks and front office, assisting with query resolution
Applicants will demonstrate effective team working abilities as well as experience in validating and processing FX trades and international payments. Sound knowledge of SWIFT Alliance and various SWIFT message types, a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask are essential to this role. French language skills are essential to this role.
