ASSISTANT LENDING MANAGER - REAL ESTATE FINANCE
TO £60 + BENS + BONUS
An expanding specialist lending group in Central London are seeking an Assistant Property Portfolio Manager who specializes in property development. The successful candidate will be required to assist in managing and developing a portfolio of property clients; previous experience working within the residential development funding sector. Candidates must have proven experience of dealing with valuers, lawyers and project monitoring surveyors.
Duties include;- Assisting in managing a portfolio of clients and developing customer relationships
- Assisting with preparation of credit applications and assisting with property purchases
- Liaising with valuers, lawyers and monitoring surveyor regarding due diligence
- Attending client meetings where necessary
To be considered for this role, applicants must have experience with property development and a proven record in supporting lending managers within the residential development funding sector.
