Global renowned trading house based in central London are looking for aGlobal Forecast & Planning Analyst to join the ever expanding business. The incumbent will be responsible for working closely with all sales and client services teams to analyse the coverage provided to the company’s existing client base. The role will involve analysing, forecasting and ultimately scheduling of the core services provided to clients and how to best budget and plan for expansion. Candidates will be expected to utilise the existing workforce management software solution, Teleopti and should have prior experience of using this software.
Duties to include:
" Develop and maintain strong relationships with a sales and client services teams
" Analyse the whole support function provided to the client base
" Evaluate call volumes, times etc with a view to recommending budgeting and headcount expansion
