£80k + bens + bonus
A fantastic opportunity has arisen withone of the fastest growing specialist banks in Central London for a Mortgages Operations Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to drive continuous operational improvement within specialist Mortgage Operations through the analysis of MI in order to make data-driven decisions. The successful candidate must have a deep knowledge of Mortgage lending and will also play a key role in the implementation of a new front-end system as part of a wider change programme. To apply for this role candidates must have significant managerial experience from a 1st/2nd charge, BTL lending environment.
Key responsibilities -
" Oversight on all operational projectswithin the specialist mortgages team, take the lead on system testing, resolution of Operational Risk Issues and Procedure design / implementation
" Establish, measure and make key recommendations from a range of MI / Data Analytics
" Develop relationships with key stakeholders"
Demonstrate effective communication skills with the ability to liaise with staff up to Board level and the strength of character to influence other and challenge ideas
" Use best practice business tools to document business process models
