A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and resourceful Receptionist / Administrator to join this thriving property company in the West End. Working to support the office as a whole, you will be responsible for providing a first-class reception service and providing admin support to the Business. This is a varied role that requires the ability to work autonomously and a flexible approach to work. Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Screening calls / taking messages
- Opening and distributing post
- Booking couriers / taxis
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Booking / maintaining meeting rooms
- Organising refreshments and lunches for the department
- Organising travel
- Maintaining stationary levels
- Assisting with filing, photocopying, scanning etc.
- Providing support to secretarial staff
The successful candidate will be a personable, confident individual and demonstrate impeccable organisational and communication skills with an excellent sense of initiative. You will have the ability to remain calm under pressure and liaise with staff at all levels. To be considered for this incredible opportunity, applicants must have a good educational background, excellent telephone manner with previous reception / administrative experience gained within a professional environment. Sound IT skills including Word, Excel and a knowledge of PowerPoint are also a requirement.
