- CUSTOMER LIAISON ADMINISTRATOR – PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a global property development company in the West End for a Customer Liaison Administrator. You will have first-class admin and organisational skills together with a keen customer focus. Working to assist customers through the process of high end property purchases you will be responsible for:
· Inputting and maintaining customer / lawyer / agent / exchange information on the system
· Producing information packs / welcome packs / legal packs for customers
· Producing and sending correspondence to customers
· Liaising with customers providing them with regular updates, answering queries and providing demonstrations
· Recording / maintaining deposit information
· Producing regular reports
· Booking appointments
· Assisting with organising customer events
Applicants will demonstrate recent relevant administration skills and a proven record in providing a 5* customer service. You will be organised, have effective communication skills, strong IT capabilities including MS Office with the ability to build a good rapport with customers. The ability to work under pressure and a flexible approach to work are essential to this role.
