RELATIONSHIP DIRECTOR - PROPERTY LENDING (NORTH LONDON)

£80k + BENS + BONUS

An expanding specialist property lending group have created a new RELATIONSHIP DIRECTOR role to work directly alongside the board of directors in developing new business, managing existing relationships and providing pivotal guidance in new product development. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking for an all encompassing role within Property Lending (particular focus on development, bridging and specialist mortgages).

Duties to include:

· Generate new business and maintain established portfolio

Strategic guidance in new product development alongside head of marketing

· Reach all activity targets; Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external parties in order to achieve this

· Draft high quality credit papers for proposed transactions and carry out credit reviews on existing customers

· Regular contact with finance and mortgage brokers and finance advisors ensuring that valuations and reports are professional and comply with bank procedures; quickly follow on those that don't

· Act as an ambassador for the company by understanding and delivering the brand values

To be considered for this position, candidates must have several years' experience within the Property Lending space with excellent Credit skills and proven experience originating / cultivating new business relationships.
