CUSTODY TRANSFERS ADMINISTRATOR

URGENT REQUIREMENT! A position has arisen within boutique investment houses in the City for a Custody Transfers Analyst. Working as a member of the Operations team you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of Free of Payment Transfers, ensuring completion of other assigned tasks on a daily and periodic basis, including reconciliations and investigation and resolution of queries. The successful candidate will also be required to communicate with customers and third parties. Duties to include:

" Processing of custody transfer instructions received from clients. 
" Regular liaison with Clients/ Counterparties to ensure that transactions are booked correctly and settled on a timely basis
" Act as a point of contact for Client queries in relation to custody positions and transfers and providing regular updates on the progress or otherwise on the resolution of their issues.
" Assisting with reviewing all open free transfers of funds into/out of custody.
" Assisting with the monthly reconciliation of security positions held, investigating discrepancies between in-house records and those of custodians

To be considered candidates for this role candidates will have:

" Previous recent relevant investment / custody operations / securities administration experience
" Strong analytical and problem solving skills
" Good system skills
