- CREDIT ASSISTANT – PRIVATE BANKING
Excellent opportunity has arisen within this City based Private Bank for a Credit / Lending Analyst. Working within a small, supportive team you will be responsible for the preparation of credit documentation and the ongoing quality assurance.
Duties to include:
- Issuing, processing and review of credit documentation for High Net Worth individuals and raising any issues that may arise, through to drawdown
- Maintenance of loan data (collateral, limits etc.)
- Liaising with accountants and solicitors until the loan is in place
- Producing reports
- Liaising with solicitors / accountants / valuers
- Liaison with Relationship Managers
To be considered for this opportunity candidates must have undertaken a similar credit role - ideally within a private client environment and have a solid understanding of CCA and regulated mortgages. CeMAP qualification would be desirable but not essential. You will demonstrate strong analytical skills with a methodical and conscientious approach to work.
