- Prestigious Bank based in the West End requires a Messenger to join their Facilities Team on a temporary basis of 6 weeks. The successful candidate will demonstrate solid Messenger / post room experience ideally gained within a professional services company and will be a well-presented team player.Duties to include:"Sorting and distributing incoming mail and publications"Delivery of letters and parcels as required"Organise collections by courier"Delivery of Bank literature"Distribution of incoming faxes"Maintain stationary stock levels"Maintain photocopy and shredder areas ensuring they are clean and tidyApplicants should have experience in a similar position within a messenger / post room capacity. You will demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills and a flexible, proactive approach to work. Applicants must be able to commit to a 6 week assignment.
