- Excellent opportunity has arisen within this boutique lender in the West End for a Loan Documentation Officer. Working to support the Team Manager, you will be responsible to the accurate and timely preparation and checking of loan documentation.Duties to include:" Preparation of relevant documentation" Ensure the database is maintained and updated frequently with regard to loan and customer data" Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to include Front Office, lawyers and valuers" Providing quality assurance and oversight function to ensure credit documentation quality and adherence to policies and standard operating procedures" Ensure maintenance and compliance of legal documentationTo be considered for this opportunity candidates must have undertaken a similar role - ideally within a secured lending / property lending environment and have a sound knowledge of the loan documentation process. You will demonstrate strong analytical skills with a methodical and conscientious approach to work.
