- A fantastic opportunity has arisen in an international bank in London for a Customer Service Representative to join them on a permanent basis. Candidates should be fluent in CANTONESE and will ideally have previous Retail banking experience.
Duties to include:
To provide all cashier services and handle cash accurately.
To provide existing and potential customers the best experience at the Bank.
To provide quality customer services in accordance with the Bank’s policy and procedures.
To recognize customers' needs and develop new business for the Bank to achieve sales target.
To support all designated areas within the branch operations where service or assistance is required.
Applicants MUST be fluent in both spoken and written Cantonese. You must have a strong customer service focus with a keen attention. You will ideally have experience in financial services and be competent with MS Office including Excel and Word.
