- Great opportunity to join this leading Private Bank to provide maternity cover on a contractual period of at least 12 months. As Team Leader of the Pensions Administration Team covering both SIPP and SSAS pensions, you will be required to oversee the effective and efficient running of the team, ensuring that all regulatory and Business Continuity requirements are met.
- Manage to workflow of the team, ensuring that timescales are met
- Ensure the team deliver a first-class customer service both internally and externally
- Keeping abreast of regulatory, legislative and best practice guidelines for pensions
- Draft, maintain and develop procedures guides
- Query resolution
- Production of statistics, collating and analysing data for regular reports
- Drafting of non-standard correspondence in response to customer enquiries
- Acting as a point of contact for operational risk issues
- Responsible for staff training, development, conducting appraisals and the recruitment process
To be considered for this role applicants must have recent relevant pensions administration experience gained at managerial level together with SIPP and SSAS pensions experience. A great opportunity to develop your career in the Banking Industry!
