Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a trading house for a Global Head of Client Services to work out of their London operations. This is a newly-created leadership role for a client services professional with experience at a similarly senior level overseeing global / international teams.
 
The purpose of this role will be to manage and develop the team across three international locations, overseeing day-to-day operations, streamlining services and making efficiencies and to personally provide an executive client service to high-profile clients.
 
What you will be doing:
·         Managing the Client Services Team, providing supervision, training and development
·         Managing the new client onboarding process
·         Writing user guides for internal and client use
·         Working alongside other business areas to develop and implement processes and workflows for the department
·         Establishing a 24/7 client services function ensuring there are handovers across time zones for a best-in-class customer experience
·         Working with Product Management and IT in designing and implementing system requirements and testing of system features
·         Acting as an escalation point for client issues and manage through to resolution
·         Tracking and reporting MI and client service metrics
·         Attending client meeting and events - including international travel
 
What you will need to have:
·         Extensive client services experience gained in within Banking / Financial Services in a managerial role to include managing a global team where staff are in different time zones
·         A good understanding of payments / settlements systems
·         Proven experience in representing the company at client meetings and working with senior management with the client organisation
·         Highly skilled in setting up workflows and implementing large-scale systems
