- Description
- Specialist property finance company in the City of London is seeking a Completions Case Manager to join their continuously expandingteam. The successful candidate will work closely with solicitors brokers and underwriters and responsible for the processing of applications after credit completion from credit sanctioning to drawdown.
Duties to include;
- Reporting to Head of Credit.
- Ensuring the completion process runs smoothly from receipt of draft COT to completion and act as a main point of contact for solicitors.
- Liaising with the internal and external legal departments regarding legal due diligence and documentation.
- Ensuring all loan documents are recorded accurately, safely and securely on all internal systems .
The successful candidate must have a minimum of one year’s experience in Completions within property finance or mortgage lending.
