Fantastic opportunity to join a renowned and highly successful financial services company based in the City who are creating a new lending/ financing arm to their existing business. The company are looking for a successful property finance broker to package new deals to various lenders on behalf of their existing client base. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your own client and eventually your own team - specialist lending areas are going to be focussed on short term lending, i.e. bridging finance and development finance. Candidates must have experience of packaging lending deals from start to finish within short term lending.
- In depth experience of Short Term Property lending - bridging finance and/or development finance
- Experience of working in a regulated environment
- Proven track record of successfully packaging relevant property deals
- Articulate, Numerate and Confident
- Professional and well presented
- Comfortable dealing with an ultra high net worth client base
