- Expanding International Banking group based in London is seeking an experienced CREDIT MANAGER to join their Credit Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head of Credit in managing client relationships - with a particular focus on preparing credit applications for Real Estate and Private Banking. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the full servicing and underwriting of the Loan portfolio to include co-ordination of the loan drawdown process and the preparation of facility letters and credit applications.
Duties to include:- Completions, Site visits and Receipt, application of funds and redemptions
- Undertaking required Compliance (KYC) checks
The successful candidate will hold several years of experience from Credit within Property Finance and Private Banking. Candidates must have a broad knowledge of CREDIT and LENDING to cover the whole process from inception to drawdown coupled with strong underwriting and analytical skills.
