- Kent-based Global Investment Manager is seeking to strengthen their Investment Management Operations team with the addition of an Investment Operations Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of their investment management business and should have a solid understanding of investment operations, different asset types and experience of liaising with outsourced providers, Front Office, Custodians etc.
Duties to include:
· Producing client investment reports and performance reports
· Processing corporate actions and liaising with outsourced provider
· Managing all dealing administration
· Calculation and processing of fees (management fees and IFA fees) and transaction reporting
Applicants must possess previous securities administration experience with detailed knowledge of a variety of asset types (Bonds, Equities and Unit Trusts / OEICS) and investment wrappers). The role will involve periodic travel to the City of London office with an eventual, permanent move to London planned for late 2019. Applicants must be prepared to make this move.
