- Our client is a global financial consultancy business based in London. Leaders in their field and now operating on a global scale, they require a Sales & Marketing specialist to join their London team on a permanent basis. This newly created role is perfect for a self-starter with excellent internal stakeholder skills who can quickly build credibility to develop & implement the marketing strategy globally; utilise data to drive business development and efficiencies & continuously review, challenge and improve our business development disciplines.
Responsibilities -
- Build and execute a business development and marketing strategy that will support the growth of the business over the coming years
- Use business data to present and/or prepare recommendations for change and transformation to meet current and future business needs to internal and external stakeholders
- Identifying trends, best practice and weaknesses - suggest and implement changes to drive business efficiencies - Solely responsible for all business development / marketing reporting creation and distribution.
- Tracking and analysing key metrics across business functions to support growth and achieve targets
- Identifying opportunities for growth through sales, operations and business planning activities.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measure results, suggest and implement improvements.
- Oversee marketing budget, co-ordinating marketing campaigns to deliver marketing initiatives – ensure all quality of marketing communications and collateral.
- Work with our marketing agencies to drive strategy, intelligent thinking and continuous improvement.
- Manage CRM system to ensure accurate data collection and maximize system effectiveness to delivery on business objectives.
- Overall responsibilities for brand management and corporate identify.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants and senior management – obtain and maintain buy in.
This role is perfect for a self-starter who has gained experience in sales & marketing at a high growth organisation (preferably FinTech or Financial Services). Candidates must have a strong background in using business data to create and drive business initiatives, client management and efficiencies. This role will suit a confident and dynamic personality with a strong creative/business development outlook.
