- An exciting opportunity has opened up in a Global, Financial Data Services Company for a Product Support Specialist. The role is for a senior client service professional who can provide technical and relationship support to top customers, to ensure service delivery. They will investigate customer issues involving product or market data. Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience of investigating both software and hardware problems in a financial services environment.You will be required to:• Serve as the face for customer support in the region.• Investigate escalated customer issues and seek resolution by involving key stakeholders.• Lead key global and regional projects to drive operational efficiency and improve the customer experience.• Work with sales, pre-sales and account management to secure, enhance and grow customer relationships.• Facilitate client interactions and work to streamline communication.You will have:• Knowledge of the financial markets.• Strong understanding of networks, core computing concepts, ideally knowledge of LINUX and Unix.• Exposure to front office trading/market data environments, ideally in a client/business facing role.• BA or BS (or equivalent) required.This vacancy is being advertised by Montpellier Resourcing Limited.
