DUE TO A RAPID INCREASE IN BUSINESS an exciting opportunity has arisen for a RESOURCER / ADMINISTRATOR to join Montpellier Resourcing, a Boutique Recruitment Agency based in the City of London on an ongoing, temporary basis. The successful candidate will join this energetic and passionate team specialising in FINANCIAL SERVICES recruitment and we are looking for a like-minded individual!
Working to support a team of consultants you will be responsible for sourcing CVs from job boards as well as networking with clients and candidates as well as handling administration duties. The role will involve extensive telephone liaison therefore, applicants must be comfortable with liaising with people at all levels of seniority.
Responsibilities include:
Resourcing
Sourcing candidates for permanent, contract and temporary positions via job boards
Screening applications
Briefing candidates on specific opportunitiesSupporting Consultants
Assisting with the interview preparation and smooth running of the interview process
Liaising with clients and candidates to arrange interviews
Working with consultants/client to obtain constructive feedback following interviews and translate this to candidates.
Liaising with clients with regards to the status/progress of rolesAdvertising
Loading jobs on to the system and assisting with the writing of adverts
Advertising vacancies on job boards; monitoring the expiration and renewing/updating daily
Writing adverts
Liaising with job sites with regards to current advertising requirementsAdministration
Log candidates onto database
Formatting CVs
Maintaining database
Scanning / filing of documents
Undertaking any ad hoc projects/duties
Educated to degree level, or equivalent, you will have a confident telephone manner, sound MS Office skills and the ability to learn IT systems quickly.
