- A London-based Property Lender is seeking an all-round Senior Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team, reporting to the Head of Marketing. The company is looking for a candidate with all-round Marketing skills to work in a P2P lender – a sector than is growing rapidly. This is a wonderful opportunity to deliver online and offline campaigns in an exciting, stimulating and demanding role.
Duties to include
- Full responsibility for managing website, and to direct social media potential
- Offline and email campaigns
- Create content for multiple arenas (promotion, articles)
- Devising strategy to improve customer journey, leaning on full comprehension of target market
- Database management
- Researching near-competitors and market-wide peers
- Reporting and evaluating campaign successes
- Maintain website
- Maintain company literature
- Liaise with the Lending Sales team for strategies
- Manage database
Essential Skills
- Must possess an understanding of Financial Services (ideally real estate finance lending or peer to peer experience)
- Excellent CRM Management
- Marketing qualifications
- 2+ years’ marketing experience in a B2C and/or B2B arena
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to influence strategy using data and insight
- WordPress and Adobe Creative skills, and MS Office Suite
- Ideally PPC and SEO experience
- An ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high pressure environment with changing priorities
