An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Optimisation Manager at an established Global Trading House. The role will be to support the company’s global optimisation strategy, in order to enhance customer experience. This is a newly created position which is aimed at improving conversion metrics and the customer journey.
You will improve customer experience by:
• Interpreting data gathered from sources such as Adobe analytics, Adobe audience manager, Decibel, internal BI.
• Developing the testing process and analysing results.
• Encouraging optimisation throughout the company by promoting transparency in customer journeys, KPIs and ongoing tactical tests
• Coordinating specific web experiment programs
Essential requirements:
• Experience working with Web Optimisation solutions (preferably Optimizely), website analytics tools (preferably adobe SiteCatalyst) and content management systems (preferably Adobe Experience Manager).
• Knowledge of Digital Experience analytics solutions (e.g. Decibel, Clicktale, Session cam) and Data/customer management platforms such as Adobe Audience Manager.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced, result oriented environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify data-driven optimisation strategies.
• JavaScript and HTML experience.
• Relevant degree in Marketing or appropriate Economics or Maths based qualification
Desirable:
• Professional chartered marketer (CIM) or similar qualification
