- An exciting opportunity has arisen at a City-based Global Trading company for a HR Manager on a 6-month, fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will provide support and accountability for all HR processes across the EMEA region. Candidates must be able to demonstrate generic HR experience gained in a fast paced financial services environment.
They will:
-Have knowledge of HR policy, and will keep informed on policy changes.
-Develop and comply with new policies to streamline them to the company.
-Support and advise managers across Case Management.
-Prepare paperwork.
-Maintain records and reports.
-Advise workforce on complicated situations.
-Be Oracle HR system-fluent, and will have experience in data migration.
-Monitor absence management.
-Oversee recruitment processes.
-Monitor Benefits Administration.
-Work on Salary Benchmarking, visa processes, and relocation documents.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in HR, with knowledge of European working practices. They will be organised, flexible and will have studied/ be studying an HR related discipline or qualification. Where this doesn’t apply, they must have a wealth of demonstrable experience.
The incumbent will be flexible, able to use initiative in stressful situations, and will be personable, with excellent communication skills.
