- A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Events Coordinator to join an award winning law firm in the City. This is an opportunity to work within the events team that pride themselves on the creativity and delivery of stand-out events. Working in a large team, you will have the opportunity to manage innovative events of all sizes from inception through to evaluation.
Duties to include:
" Management of the lifecycle of events from inception through to analysis of post-event feedback
" Setting of event objectives in collaboration with the key stakeholders and measurement of success against these post event
" Reporting ROI data to stakeholders
" Research of venues, suppliers, event tech and industry trends to maintain knowledge. Attending site visits and supplier meetings
" Working with Senior Events Manager to allocate events throughout the team and manage the workflow.
" Liaise with relevant internal teams regarding event set up and logistics, including catering porterage, audio visual, security and technology
" Collaborate with creative teams regarding the production of event collateral
" Providing onsite management and support at events including meeting and greeting guests
" Budget management
" Liaising with senior stakeholders
" Mentoring less-experienced members of the team and provide guidance.
Applicants to this role must demonstrate recent, relevant experience within as an Events Coordinator at a senior level to include managing large-scale or high-profile events end-to-end preferably gained within the legal / professional services sector. You will have impeccable organisation skills, strong IT skills to include CRM and E-marketing tools, excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure. A flexible approach to work, enthusiasm and a creative flair are essential to this role. Applicants must have a polished appearance and be willing to work outside normal working hours as required.
