- Description
- One of the fastest growing specialist lenders in Central London is looking to expand their team with the addition of an excellent BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER who specialises in BRIDGING FINANCE.
Predominantly working from home, this is field based position in which the successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales plans in line with company strategy, and proactively seeking new business opportunities to contribute to this.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong networking skills and come with a well-developed network of intermediaries.
Duties include;
- Generating new business and maintaining established portfolio
- Reach all activity targets in relation to mortgage applications; Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties in order achieve this
- Work alongside senior management and other sales directors to implement strategic business plans for the company’s products
- Positive promotion of the company through external events etc.
