- An exciting opportunity has opened up in a specialist global trading house for a Client Services Manager. The successful candidate will have experience in providing efficient customer service via the telephone, email and in person. They must be thorough and efficient, and will be evaluated on speed, abandoned rate and call monitoring. Candidates must be fluent in Italian and have relevant financial services experience from a trading environment.
Duties will include:
-Using SalesForce
-Directing queries to the relevant leader/ expert within a dynamic internal corporation
-Organising schedules, including meetings and events
-Meeting department and individual KPI’s
They will have:
-Fluency in Italian
-Interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical mind, with logical problem solving skills
-Time management skills
-Knowledge of financial markets and products
-Selling skills
-A degree
-Customer service experience
The successful candidate will enjoy a challenge, and will want to try new approaches to find the most effective process. They will enjoy collaborative work, but will be equally happy working independently.
