- URGENT REQUIREMENT. A Global Trading house is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team in Central London. The Candidate will be joining a small team in fulfilling primarily ER duties whilst spanning, recruitment benefits, learning and development and monitoring reputational and people risk.
Duties:
" Advice and guidance to managers across EMEA with Recruitment and HR.
" Assist hiring line managers with interview coordination and interviews.
" Experience in employee relations issues such as disciplinaries, performance and absence management
" Conducting independent investigations and represent in hearings and investigations.
" Be able to meet legal obligations up-to-date on changes of the company.
" Assist the hiring line manager to fulfil vacancies.
" Admin duties along with payroll fulfilment, audit reports and the leaver process
" Compile audit reports and assist with special projects as requested.
Qualifications/Experience:
" CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
" Educated to Bachelor's Degree level- preferred.
" Experience in leasing specialist HR advice to stakeholders on a variety of HR matters.
" Manage employee files, audit reports and assist with Immigration (Visas).
" Exposure to SMCR would be highly desirable
