A fantastic opportunity has arisen in an international bank in the West End for a Customer Service Representative to join on a permanent basis. Candidates will ideally have previous banking experience and must be fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, and be educated to degree level, or the equivalent.
Duties to include:
- To provide all cashier services and handle cash accurately.
- To provide quality customer services in accordance with the Bank’s policy and procedures.
- Perform Middle/ Back office operations.
- Conduct KYC reviews.
- Customer Service Administration: completing and inputting data, making amendments to on-screen/ manual records.
- Ensuring that information provided is accurate and to the quality expected by the bank.
- Completing set tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when require.
Applicants MUST be fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin. You must have a strong customer service focus with a keen attention. You must be educated to degree level (2:1 or above) or the equivalent and be competent with MS Office including Excel and Word.
