- Leading City-based insurance company is seeking to strengthen their HR Team with the addition of an experienced HR MI Analyst on a part-time basis. Our client is willing to negotiate the number of days to be worked with the successful candidate to accommodate your needs.
You will be responsible for creating and improving data processes, across the whole Group HR function to include recruitment, compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee relations etc. and providing high quality MI to senior stakeholders.
What you will be required to do:
- Produce HR MI reports and dashboards
- Maintenance of the report catalogue
- Provide analysis on the data, identifying trends, and report this back to the wider HR Team
- Identify opportunities for automation and improve operational efficiencies
- Promote self-service reporting functions with stakeholders
- Support the HR Team through annual cycles in compensation, talent and performance in a timely manner
- Maintain policies and procedures and self-service guidance
What you will need to succeed:
- You will be an experienced HR MI Analyst with advanced Excel skills for data processing and presentation. Experience of using Workday would be highly desirable.
- You will have managed the HR reporting and analytics within complex organisations.
- You will have a strong working knowledge of Global HR systems and be passionate about telling the story behind the numbers.
- Strong analytical skills, the ability interrogate and interpret data, sport errors or anomalies
- Financial Services experience is also desirable, although not essential.
