- An exciting opportunity has arisen in a City-based global specialist trading house, who are looking for a SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER. They must have experience managing campaigns and reporting metrics, and will have managed a team. They will be familiar with social media moderation and crisis management.
They will:
- Have experience in creating and implementing a coherent strategy, and be able to work towards tangible targets and KPI’s.
- Have managed social media across a variety of channels, ensuring interactions with potential clients and partners.
- Enforce social media global strategy and development in line with general marketing initiatives.
- Be expected to engage with all products of the trading house, as well as the market more broadly.
- Develop peerless understanding of the customer base and industry trends.
- Work cross-company, including marketing, customer service, compliance, HR and IT to ensure full social-media coherence.
- Line manage executives and the whole of the social media team.
- Identify new opportunities and new areas in which to grow.
- Create guidelines and methods of crisis management.
- Write social media posts.
- Manage external relationships with suppliers and social media experts to transfer and develop knowledge.
