- A fantastic newly-created position has arisen within a central London based banking group for a PRIVATE BANKING ASSISTANT FLUENT IN GREEK, to join a highly successful and energetic team. The appointed candidate will demonstrate experience in providing full support to Relationship Managers gained within a private banking environment, together with a sound knowledge of investment products / administration.
Duties to include:
" Organising and preparing for client and business development meetings including client information documentation
" Checking valuation records
" Overseeing customer bank transfers and payments, FX transactions, the monitoring and fixing of bank deposits and the execution and monitoring of securities transactions
" Preparing account opening documentation
" Preparing and undertaking customer reviews
" Arranging securities transactions, FX deals, term deposits and cash collections and deposits
" Liaising with and responding to client queries, working to develop and maintain client relationships
Candidates will have a solid understanding of investments and the relevant regulations and due diligence processes, and MUST be fluent in Greek. A keen attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communications skills and a desire to deliver a 1st class service internally and externally is essential.
