- Fantastic opportunity to join a leading global trading house based in the City as a Vendor Management Analyst. Working as part of a small team, the incumbent will be responsible for the full procurement cycle: obtaining quotes, price negotiation, raising on behalf of the wider group. This is a great opportunity for a someone looking to take the next step in their career.
- Procuring items required for the group. Obtaining samples and comparing prices.
- POs, checking invoices, arranging deliveries.
- Management of the procurement budget, the monthly accounts and the correspondence with all suppliers.
- Setting the ideal product usage scenario, quality parameters and life-cycle of products.
- You will be responsible for due diligence and statistical analysis: forecasting the demand for future orders; assessing the supply and demand for the business and solving any supply chain problems that may arise
