- URGENT REQUIREMENT. We are recruiting for SEVEN Investment Operations Administrators within an Investment House based in the City for contractual periods 6-12 months. Focussing on trade settlements the successful candidates will be responsible for processing transactions related to a variety of asset types.
Duties to include:
" Knowledge of CASS
" Trade processing for equities, Unit Trusts, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Cash and foreign exchange transactions
" Performing all cash and stock reconciliations
" Investigating and resolving discrepancies or issues identified during the reconciliation
" Correcting or preparing manual settlement instructions
" Resolving queries from clients and counterparties.
To be considered for this role candidates MUST have previous settlement experience with a range of asset types (equities, Unit Trusts etc.) as well as cash/stock reconciliations experience.
