- A well established international banking group is seeking a HR Officer with at least 1 years experience in HR to join their team in Central London. The Candidate will be joining a small but experienced team, working directly with the Head of HR in providing a comprehensive generalist HR service to all staff within the organisation. This role will suit a graduate with varied HR Admin experience who is looking to take on more responsibility in a busy, challenging environment!
Duties include but are not limited too -
- Provide general HR administrative support on a day-to-day basis
- Preparing MI and reporting to Head Office i.e. headcount, annual corporate social responsibility report etc.
- Coordinate the new starter process – complete staff referencing & facilitate the induction course for new joiners.
- Administering staff benefits - dealing with daily queries from employees, regarding staff benefits and general HR queries on policies and procedures.
- Coordinate the recruitment process – working agencies; setting up interviews; managing the applicants on the tracking system; administer HR related documentation i.e. employment contracts etc.
- Annual leave calculations and adjustments.
- Contributing to HR projects.
- Liaising with payroll, absence recording, and holiday recording systems.
