- Financial Services company based in Bedford requires a first-class administrator to join their Recruitment Team for a contractual period of 6 months. As Recruitment Administrator you will be required to coordinate and provide admin support for the Recruitment team. You will be the go-to person and will have regular interaction with staff across the business, other members of the team as well as applicants.You will be required to:"Take responsibility for internal and external recruitment-related communications"Deal with recruitment-related queries"Manage recruitment inbox"Produce reports"Coordinate the interview booking process"Create and distribute interview packs"Process contract extensions"Post job adverts on company website and job boards"Update and maintain information on HR & recruitment systemsYou will have exceptional administration skills together with excellent communication skills, (verbal / written / telephone manner) with the ability to organise your work effectively and manage several tasks at a time. Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office) are essential to this role. Whilst previous recruitment administration experience would be an advantage, this is not essential and applications will be considered from all administrative backgrounds.
