- Description
- Global Investment Manager based in the City is seeking to strengthen its Investment Operations Department with the addition of an Asset Servicing Administrator on a contractual basis of six months with a strong possibility of being extended to twelve months.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid background in global trade settlement, asset reconciliation and a good understanding of CASS.
You will be required to:
- Processing transactions
- Trade matching of Equity, Unit Trust, Fixed Income, Derivative, cash and FX trades
- Settlement of Equity, Unit Trust, Fixed Income, Derivative, cash and FX trades
- Processing confirmations
- Arranging stock transfers
- Reconciliation of stock positions, investigating and recording stock breaks
- Cash reconciliations
- Processing and confirming stock broking trades
- Reconciliation of broker commission
- Processing IFA and management fees
Applicants will have experience of the process of global trade settlements from start to finish and will have experience of using CREST / EUROCLEAR.
