- Description
- An exciting new position has arisen within a global speciality insurance company based in the City of London for a Systems Administrator. Working in a team of four, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing Systems and Team support to the team covering technical support, team administration and regulatory requirements.
You will be required to:
- Take responsibility for access management administration for the team
- Investigate and troubleshoot application incidents and issues, prioritising effectively to provide the best possible service, keeping users and management updated
- Provide support to users with queries relating to broking systems and market systems as well as oversee user groups
- Produce management reports
- Maintain joiners / leavers and access review processes for the team
- Provide project support as required
- Assist with UAT as required
- Ensure that relevant regulatory compliance is adhered to, correct authorisations are obtained and maintaining knowledge of regulatory developments
You will have:
- Previous relevant systems administration experience, ideally gained within the insurance industry
- A knowledge of either Brokasure Desktop or Global XB would be highly desirable
- The ability to produce high quality reports
- Excellent communication skills
- A sound ability to organise and priorities effectively
