- An excellent opportunity has arisen with prestigious Asset Manager based in Mayfair for an experienced Investment Reporting Analyst with excellent relationship management skills to join them on a permanent basis.
The purpose of the role will be to provide an oversight and control for all aspects of the reporting function focussing on pricing, performance and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing monthly and quarterly reports for the clients, preparing client valuations, checking performance data, liaising with front and back office to investigate and resolve any issues.
You will have:
- Recent relevant experience within a client reporting, data management or performance team.
- A good knowledge across reporting to clients, valuations, performance, data and reconciliations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business
You will be required to:
- Produce client valuation reports for performance attribution as well as ad hoc valuations
- Provide oversight for the valuation process, investigate discrepancies with the client valuations and the performance figures
- Look after daily securities and cash reconciliations and completing client money register
- Maintain up to date security prices and assess price changes
- Calculate and process client fees, including management fees, custody fees and performance fees. Calculate portfolio performance fees.

- Assist with projects as required
