- A great new opportunity has arisen within a City-based Private Bank for a Payments Officer to join them on a fixed term contract of 12 months. Working within the Banking Operations Department, the successful candidate will be responsible for the input, checking and release of CHAPS and SWIFT payments (sterling and currency payments).
Duties include:
- Inputting payments, credit clearing, payment investigations, foreign cheque collection and outward payments, checking and writing of Standing Orders and Direct Debit origination.
To be considered for this role candidates must have previous SWIFT and CHAPS payments processing experience, demonstrate a keen eye for detail and be able to work effectively to strict deadlines. Excellent opportunity top join this Boutique Bank.
