- Global Investment Manager based in the City is seeking to strengthen its Investment Operations Department with the addition of two Settlement & Asset Servicing Administrators on a contractual basis until June with a possibility of further extension.The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid background in equity settlement (domestic and global), unit trust processing and stock reconciliations.You will be required to:"Processing transactions"Trade matching and settlement of Equity, Unit Trust (as a direct investor), Fixed Income, Derivative, cash and FX trades"Processing confirmations"Arranging stock transfers"Manually performing stock reconciliations and resolving stock breaks"Processing and confirming stock broking trades"Reconciliation of broker commission"Processing IFA and management feesApplicants will have experience of the process of global trade settlements from start to finish and will have experience of using CREST / EUROCLEAR.
