- Description
- An expanding specialist lending group based in Greater North London are seeking a Case Manager to join their growing team. This is a newly created role to assist the Director of this business area in growing the business and team – great development opportunities. The ideal candidate for the Case Manager position will be responsible for managing the entire lending process from application through to drawdown with a particular focus on post credit sanctioning processes and due diligence. Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with lending cases from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for post credit sanctioning function
- Liaising extensively with solicitors, lawyers, valuers and surveyors
- Preparing offer documentation and ensuring all loan conditions are met throughout the drawdown process
