Description
A well-established and highly regarded international banking group is seeking an experienced a HR and Training Analyst to join their team. It is a varied role in which the successful candidate will be responsible for providing all-round HR support whilst taking the lead for Learning & Development activities. The aim for the role will be to develop into more generalist function & the successful candidate will eventually act as the Trustee for the bank’s final salary pension scheme.
 
Duties include:
 
  • Work with the department heads to identify, design and implement tailored training and coaching programmes.
  • Deliver the banks induction program to new starters.
  • Train staff in the performance management and appraisal process.
  • Identify and manage relationship with external Training suppliers.
  • Providing HR advice and support to line managers and employees, explaining procedures policies in a timely effective manner with regards to training, learning and development.
  • Update relevant HR owned Policies and Procedures as appropriate.
  • Ensure that HR data is managed professionally & that the delivery of HR service and information is accurate & efficient.
  • Support the HR department in championing Corporate Social Responsibility for the bank.
 
To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you will ideally have varied HR experience with a background in administering Training / L&D programs. Candidates with exposure to Final Salary Pensions schemes are preferred, though this is not essential as full support will be given to the candidate to attain the necessary qualifications. A financial services background will be viewed favourably.
