- Description
- A well-established international banking group based in Central London is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Advisor to join their busy team HR team. The successful candidate will take a lead in the training administration and execution across the bank. This a varied role in which the candidate will also be responsible for providing generalist HR support to the business.
Duties include:
- Work with the department heads to identify, design and implement tailored training and coaching programmes.
- Deliver the banks induction program to new starters.
- Train staff in the performance management and appraisal process.
- Identify and manage relationship with external Training suppliers.
- Take responsibility for the planning and scheduling of learning sessions.
- Support the effective communication, launch and marketing of training material.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify and understand skill gaps, recommend and implement appropriate actions.
- Provide general HR administrative support on a day-to-day basis.
- Support the business with advice on key HR queries, processes and strategies.
- Degree Qualified at 2:1 or above or holding equivalent CIPD qualification.
- Experience in developing a comprehensive organizational training needs analysis
- Must be adaptable and quick learner as responsibilities are diverse.
- Computer Literate in all MS Office Packages.
Desirable Skills:
- Financial Service experience.
- Experience in writing policies and procedures.
