- A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and resourceful Receptionist to join this thriving wealth management company in the City. Working to support the London office as a whole, you will be responsible for providing a first-class reception service and acting as the first point of contact for the business with regard to facilities issues. The Reception Team operates a shift rota whereby the two shifts are (Monday to Friday) 7.30am – 4.30pm and 9am to 6pm.
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Screening calls / taking messages
- Managing multiple, busy diaries, using Outlook
- Managing busy inboxes, using Outlook
- Booking / maintaining meeting rooms, using Outlook
- Organise travel and accommodation
- Acting as first point of contact for the business with regard to facilities-related issues or requests and actioning appropriately
- Providing support to the Facilities Team
The successful candidate will be a personable, confident polished individual and demonstrate impeccable organisational and communication skills with an excellent sense of initiative. You will have the ability to remain calm under pressure and liaise with staff at all levels. To be considered for this incredible opportunity, applicants must have a good educational background, excellent telephone manner with previous reception experience gained within a professional environment. Sound IT skills including - in particular MS Outlook is also a requirement.
