- A fantastic opportunity has arisen within in a City-based Private Bank for a Card Operations Technical Specialist. Candidates should possess previous Card Services Team management experience gained within a banking environment and demonstrate the following:
- Successful change implementation experience
- Experience of managing the control function
- Managing card services products
- Overseeing the smooth running of the team and the card operations processes and systems
- Overseeing card fraud dispute resolution and charge back processes
- Develop and implement process and controls to improve efficiency and the overall customer experience
- Manage the complaints process ensuring it meets industry standards
- Oversee account reconciliations, settlements
- Managing budgets
- Producing regular performance reports
- Vendor management, managing relationships with key industry suppliers
