- Description
- Boutique private bank requires a Regulatory Reporting, Oversight & Controls Analyst to join their City-based Trade Support Team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the transaction reporting and controls and regulatory reporting, ensuring service levels and procedures are met and compliance and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
You will be required to:
- Provide effective 1st line monitoring of trade transaction (trading compliance, reconciliation reports, error logging etc.) and dealing with queries on trades
- Develop, maintain, monitor and manage MI reports, ensuring errors are corrected
- Conducting daily operational controls checks including best execution and timeliness on trading activity
- Where compensation is due, arranging for this to be paid and reporting to senior management
- Keep abreast if any regulatory changes
- Assist with developing, maintaining and implementing procedures and guidance for risk reporting
Applicants will have recent, relevant regulatory reporting and controls experience and an in-depth understanding of the monitoring and reporting of transactions gained from within and investment / fund administration environment.
